Democraft

What is Democraft?

Democraft is a student organization at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. Democraft was founded on the idea of creating a community for the Master’s students of Population Studies as well as being a communication network between the students and faculty at SDU.

Goals & Vision for Democraft

With Democraft, the main purpose was to create a hub for the students of Population Studies to have a place where it is easy to voice questions, be creative, study and use each other as resources, collaborate with other students and faculty, and network for future job opportunities in the field of Demography.

Having a place to go that is centered around learning new things together and being able to brainstorm new ideas is crucial to Democraft. We want all students, both within our study and in other studies, to feel that there is a resource that is accessible for them with no hoops to jump through.
